Ghost in the Shell Arise Anime to be Released in 2013
Ghost in the shell new series Arise will be launching in 2013. This was revealed by Monthly Young Magazine that the anime chief director will be under Kazuchika Kise. While the writing for the script series and supervising will be done by Tow Ubukata. The magazine had also revealed that the song composer will be done by Cornelius. The magazine also shown a visual art of the anime character Motoko Kusanagi.
The official website was launched today, as well as Twitter account and Facebook page. The website itself contains all the information of the cast and staff involved in this project. The website indicated that a special production of the anime will be aired worldwide on february 12 2013 at Niconico, Bandai Channel, and YouTube.
During that day, a special event will also be held at one of the Roppongi Hills’s Cinema. The ticket will be on sale for 2,000 yen and they will be showing all the past Ghost in the Shell series anime. Other than that, there will be a special 60 minutes live screening event that will show the announcements, some scene from the anime and also talk show featuring the staff and other special guest.
